Team Leader Property Management for Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful, family-run real estate company based in Nuremberg (Family Office), which has been specializing in the development, management and revitalization of commercial, office and residential properties for decades. Around 70% of its own stock are commercial property, 30% residential property - all are supervised with a focus on sustainability, substance and value preservation.

The management team manipulates all objects within a radius of about 25 kilometres around Nuremberg and some also in the rest of the federal territory. We are currently looking for an experienced personality who takes over the management of the property management, especially for commercial properties, and is responsible for both operational and leadership of the team. A pragmatic, medium-sized personality is deliberately sought, which has the pleasure of a wide range of tasks and does not move exclusively in highly specialised corporate structures.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the nine-member property management team Responsibility for the proper management and management of the real estate stock Control and optimization of operational processes in the object management Active participation in contract negotiations with commercial tenants (including large renters) Ensuring an economic rental and participation in the acquisition and retention of tenants Coordination and control of external service providers and internal processes Responsible for budget planning, controlling and reporting Monitoring of maintenance measures and testing of offers and tenders Support for strategic topics and the introduction of own ideas to further develop the area

Completed training or studies in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate business, real estate business, study real estate business, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in property management of commercial real estate mandatory Multiannual reconstruction and rehabilitation experiences First leadership experience or clear ambition to take over a leadership role Funded knowledge of commercial lease law and contract design Embossed negotiating strength and safe occurrence towards tenants Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Generalist thinking and joy in covering a wide range of tasks Very good MS Office knowledge
