You guide your department with passion and empathy in line with the management plan and the smart working concept of the insurance chamber. You ensure that the settlement of daily sickness insurance takes place customer-oriented, timely and economically. You continuously develop the technical, communicative and methodological skills of your employees through targeted training measures. You control and optimize the department using defined key figures. You actively accompany the digitalization and automation of the health daily money performance processes. You actively shape the further development of the performance area. You are involved in projects and in the acquisition of additional and special tasks.

Experience in a leadership role, ideally as a department manager. Internal applications require the completion of our talent development program. professional experience in the service/insurance sector; Knowledge in the performance management Health care is advantageous.
