In order to strengthen our new organization HFXP “Program Management Excellence (PME)” we are looking for an experienced expert who is professionally responsible for the PME and is driving the company-wide further development of Program Management (Programme, Project, Bids and Product Management). Experte-Program Management Excellence (m/d) The new organization directly below the Group Transformation Officer / Chief Operating Officer (GTO/COO-Perimeter) is currently dealing with three main transformation topics within HENSOLDT and is actively supporting the four divisions (Radar & EW, Optronics, MDS and S&T) from a strategic staff function: Program Management Excellence in the Main Processes Project, Product & Portfolio (GTO perimeter) Invest to Disposal (I2D) Responsibility in the new SAP S/4-HANA program to replace SAP R3 and create a new central and uniform dashboarding at HENSOLDT Group level (GTO perimeter) Replacement of a new and fully integrated industrialization end-2-end process within HENSOLDT (COO perimeter)

Expert/specialist within the PME team Development and support in implementing the company-wide PM Excellence Strategy Analysis of existing processes, methodology, applications, identification and implementation of improvement potentials Close professional involvement in top management, divisions and central functions as well as moderation of cross-functional control bodies and preparation of effective escalation and decision logic. Promoting the exchange of information and best practices. Creation of a holistic PM culture. Development within HENSOLDT in the development of PM capabilities. Your areas of responsibility Processes and governance Professional leadership of employees in the matrix organization and mentoring development, implementation and control of a uniform governance structure for all projects, bids, products and programs; Definitions of policies, standards, roles and decision-making across all divisions (divisions). Building and ensuring an integrated management of projects, bids, products and programs in line with the strategic corporate objectives Definition, monitoring and continuous optimization of project and program management processes. Close cooperation and coordination with all relevant end-to-end process owners. Ensuring and integrating Lessons Learned within the QMSR. Further development of group-wide standards (e.g. PMI) as well as care and further development of the project categorisation. Support for Critical Project/Bid Control of the “Tiger Team” to support complex offers, project start phases and critical project situations in cooperation with the divisions. Implementation and structured support of project categorisations (X project). Supporting the divisions in demanding programs and strategically relevant initiatives. Strategic projects and further development Head of cross-functional initiatives to further develop the governance architecture, e.g. digitalization of the PM reporting. Introduction of new processes, methods, instructions for action. Tools, Standards, Reporting & Monitoring Responsibility for the company-wide standards, methods, tools and maturity models within the relevant process world. Harmonization and standardization along HENSOLDT Governance. Definition, monitoring and reporting of cross-project KPIs to ensure transparency and taxability. Ensuring governance compliance within industrialisation. Further development and governance of the PM tool landscape incl. SAP PS, EPM Must, DCMA and other core systems within integrated planning. Professional accompaniment and continuous maintenance of central reports as well as project and portfolio dashboards (bids, product, project, program management). Proactive “Raise Hand” monitoring for critical projects and regular reviews (especially X Project). Community & Capability Development Participation for the PM certifications as well as for the development and maintenance of competence models and career paths. Establishing, controlling and moderating a cross-sector network of governance and PMO representatives for projects, bids, products and programs. Promoting a uniform PM culture. Organisation of training, knowledge formats and exchange platforms. Governance for PM nominations (X projects). Market and trend observation Observation of international trends in the field of industrialization in project bids, products and program management (e.g. automotive).

Graduate in Engineering, Management, Economics Long-standing leadership experience in project or program management and PMO - ideally at group level / X project. Knowledge of common PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, agile methods). High competence in process management, governance and change management. Experience in handling PM tools, reporting and KPI-controlled control. Impressed leadership, communication skills and stakeholders management.
