You enjoy direct customer contact and feel comfortable in a service-oriented environment? As a Service Consultant (m/w/d), you want to make sure that customers feel well looked after and service orders are implemented smoothly? Then this position could be right for you! You treat customers around maintenance, repair and service, and you are a competent contact person

You accept service orders, clarify the need with the customers and coordinate the further steps with the workshop

You plan dates for upcoming works and keep an overview of a structured and timely settlement

You accompany the entire process from order acquisition, cost assessments, billing and warranty processing

Through your professional and open communication, you actively contribute to long-term customer loyalty

A completed training in the motor vehicle environment, e.g. as a motor vehicle merchant (m/w/d), motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d), motor vehicle master (m/w/d) or Nfz mechatronic (m/w/d)

As an alternative, a commercial training, such as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), a businessman for office management (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification

Ideally first professional experience in the environment of vehicle service, workshop or customer support

Interest in vehicle technology and a good understanding of technical relationships

A structured and independent way of working, communication strength and ideally secure knowledge in MS Office or SAP and a driving licence of the BE class Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.

Worked in a clearly structured 2-layer system between 06:00 and 17:00.
