For Meiners Elektrotechnik GmbH (part of the Vattenfall Group) we are looking for a:n Electrical Engineering (Hub north) Your tasks Personnel responsibility for currently> 30 employees, further growth of unit Responsibility for project budgets, including planning, control and reporting Heading and strategic development of the regional organisation in the field of electrical engineering, with a special focus on renewable energies Control of all processes in the context of the project processing from provision to cash receipt Acquisition of new projects and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Participation and implementation of work security with the individual teams/departments Promoting training programmes to further develop the team in the areas of new technologies and sustainable practices Close cooperation with other departments within the Vattenfall Group to ensure a smooth running of the projects Place of employment City of Fortune and surroundings

Complete studies in the field of engineering, business management, craftsmen or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in crafts Experience in leadership of teams, ideally in the field of electrical engineering Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, sound knowledge in the field of renewable energies and their technologies. Multiannual experience in project management in craftsmanship with good understanding of the operational relationships and control on contribution Ability to take the overall view of business and to coordinate and optimize processes across the board and hands-on mentality Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
