Head of Configuration Management (d/m/f)

Hagenuk Marinekommunikation GmbH (HMK) based in Flintbek near Kiel is a leading manufacturer of sophisticated, individual and turnkey internal/external communication systems (ICS) for marine vessels and is also known as an important supplier for marine and ground air applications. HMK, which can look back on a long tradition in the field of global communication from birth to today, produces and supplies radio communication systems for marines all over the world. The broadly acquired knowledge focuses on high-tech products, engineering skills and system know-how.

You guide the team around the configuration managers professionally and disciplinaryly and are responsible for the development and implementation of configuration management concepts for the entire product/system/project lifecycle. Ensuring the availability of product structures, i.e. identification of configuration units and mapping in the corresponding tools (e.g. PLM, ERP) falls within your responsibility. You create configuration management plans for project or development projects and ensure the application and compliance of the configuration process. Ensuring or performing and tracking change control boards (CCB) and performing configuration audits (FCA & PCA) for products/projects/services is also your responsibility. You create cost estimates in offers. You provide the availability of any current overviews on document stands or Building conditions of products/systems/projects safe. You work in internal and external project teams and are responsible for monitoring the configuration management of UAN in coordination with PL, QM and purchasing.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed technical study. You can present several years of professional experience in configuration management and in various KM standards (e.g. V-model XT). Certified according to CMII or comparable, knowledge of DIN ISO 10007 as well as know-how in the field of systems engineering and in requirement management, we presume. You have very good organizational skills. A structured approach and conceptual thinking is what you distinguish. Ideally, you already have experience in the maritime environment. An independent and structured way of working is of course for you and you have a pronounced team capacity and high social competence. The safe use of MS Office, SAP, DMS and PLM systems is desirable. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
