Project Manager Transactions (m/f/d)

Divestment of a sub-portfolio in Germany, consisting of non-commercial real estate, focusing on the asset classes retail, logistics, mixed use and project developments Conducting the commercial due diligence including coordination and control of our specialist departments and external service providers for technical, legal and tax audit Responsibility of purchase price and purchase contract negotiations Quality assurance and support in data processing and preparation of transactions Creation of portfolio and market analyses for the partial portfolio intended for sale Risk Monitoring and Risk Management at Process and Sales Portfolio Level Active control and coordination of external service providers Creation and maintenance of documentation and reporting for management Building, expanding and maintaining the existing business network to business partners and target contacts ( brokers, investors, stockholders, project developers) Coordination of after-sales measures

Successful completion of a (special) university degree in the field of real estate management, ideally supplemented with additional immobility training Multiannual professional experience in investment and transaction management Extensive knowledge of the German real estate market Good knowledge of current assessment methods Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced negotiation skills A communicative way, high flexibility and enforcement Friendly, safe occurrence and very good team skills
