About the company With around 1,300 employees, Lobetalarbeit e.V. offers the people in the large area of Celle a wide range of options for integration, child and youth assistance, as well as care and education. With an annual turnover of over 70 million euros, the company supports people in different situations of life, offerings range from permanent common life in the facilities and real estate to looking for outpatient care and accompaniment. In addition, the Lobetalarbeit e. V. includes two subsidiaries in the care of the elderly. In close coordination with the theological supervisor, the organization is guided as a double tip. The aim is to ensure the high quality of services and to create economically viable structures for the future.

In this responsible role, together with the theological supervisor, you will shape the strategic, economic, structural and multi-layered further development of the organization. You carry the overall commercial responsibility, lead central departments such as controlling, digitalization, building management and administration, conduct strategic negotiations, develop new sources of funding and actively shape a sustainable corporate strategy. Together with the theological supervisor, you also take on operational responsibility in the departments. You are responsible for the economic stability of the overall organisation, including the subsidiaries, and lead the organisation through a transformation process with the aim of a new legal structure. You actively represent the organisation in diaconic, political and social economic bodies, as well as towards cost-beneficiaries and associations.

A completed university degree, preferably in business or social management, forms the basis of your qualification. You have multi-year leadership and control experience in complex social organisations and ideally bring knowledge of integration aid (SGB IX) and youth assistance (SGB VIII). Its distinctive business expertise, coupled with experience in digitalization, restructuring and change processes, allows you to create a proactive future. As an empathic team player with strong communication skills, you can integrate internal and external participants into development processes. According to the Statute, you are also a member of a Christian church of ACK. .
