Specialist Service and Digital Transformation for our service center (m/w/d)

As part of our nice and successful service team, you are actively helping to achieve further successes and awards for the Munich association in the service. You are operative and work as an important part of the team's activities with the case of final processing of specialist inquiries from our customers and sales partners with regard to our insurance products (especially health and life and/or HUK and property insurance) – both by mail and telephone as well as by letter You can use this knowledge to increase efficiency or Detection of automation opportunities in the processing and independently follow the executives in projects or projects. You serve our voice bot and email solution to write prompts and develop these solutions. You are an insurance company, social security specialist (m/w/d) or have completed another training in a medical or commercial profession You should bring knowledge or special interest in digital service solutions (e.g. VoiceBot, ChatBot, AI components). Ideally, you also bring previous knowledge to one of the above mentioned insurance companies – however, you are welcome to us as a motivated cross-comer (m/w/d) with good phone skills Personally you convince us with your enthusiasm and communication strength as well as your reliability You are a team-oriented personality with a pronounced service and service orientation and the ability to attract our customers with your friendly phone voice to your spell.
