Working up of fabrics: preparation of paraffin and cryogenic cuts Colorings: histochemistry, immunohistochemical dyeings nucleic acid preparation: Working up of (fixed) tissues/cell cultures Cell culture: Sterile cultivation of primary and secondary cell cultures Molecular biological methods: implementation of PCR-based methods incl. Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Protein biochemical methods: Western blots, etc. Analysis of Analyses: Using Standard Programs (Windows) and in-house Software Organization: Practical implementation of infrastructural and organizational laboratory tasks, practical support of doctoral students

Completed training: technical assistance profession Experience in at least two areas: molecular biological methods, cell culture, histopathology (FFPE, cryo tissue) Organizational institution: Structured and prudent work, coordination and organisational capacity Team skills: team spirit, friendliness, fairness and communication strength Own initiative: Solution-oriented and independent work Flexibility and resilience: willingness to face diverse challenges and develop, openness to learn new techniques and methods IT knowledge: Safe handling of relevant systems, especially MS Office Foreign language knowledge: communication-proof English skills
