These varied tasks await you

• You take over the organization and documentation of personnel operations as well as the maintenance of internal databases and systems.
• They support the creation and implementation of targeted mailing and marketing actions for candidate and customer retention.
• They prepare meaningful profiles and documents for our customers and customize them regularly.
• They conduct initial interviews with applicants and support employees in matters relating to their use, contractual questions and other personal topics.
• They help to create work contracts, contract extensions and other personal documents.
• They are in regular exchange with our customers, clarify requirements and coordinate appointments.
• In close cooperation with the MRP, you coordinate the personnel requirement planning and employ employees according to customer requirements.
