You actively shape the transformation of our corporate culture by introducing your own ideas in diverse projects, developing new concepts and driving their implementation together with the transformation team. You actively participate in the introduction of new methods and principles such as Agile, Lean, New forms of collaboration. You support coordination, organization and preparation of voting dates, dailys, retro perspectives, Miro Boards, documents and larger learning and exchange platforms. You support your team in managing day-to-day business and enjoy researching new topics on the strategic orientation of cultural transformation. You are a contact person for employees, executives, internal and external stakeholders as well as partners. As a full-fledged team member, you work with experienced colleagues at eye level and get comprehensive insights into the work of the transformation team.

Continuous studies in the field of economics, business psychology, organizational development, communication sciences, business informatics, digital business or a comparable degree course – ideally related to New Work, Agility or Transformation Very self-employed, structured and proactive mode of operation High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Careful and professional preparation of documents (visualization, content, details) The ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
