Head of Outpatient Care at the Ingolstadt Clinic (m/f/d)

As part of your activity, you will take your main tasks as a lead (m/w/d) of the ambiguous care at the Klinikum Ingolstadt: Strategic development of ambiguous supply structures in the clinic and MVZ Control and optimisation of the ambu­lated hospital operation including patient management, capacity planning and process standards Analysis of relevant key figures and reporting and identification of revenue potentials Ensuring efficient intersections between the ambulantem area, clinic and administration In addition, take the task as a procurer (m/w/d) at the MVZ.

A completed study of economics, preferably with a focus on health Multiannual management experience in comparable positions Knowledge of contract medical care and KV regulations Knowledge of outpatient health care and KV law An independent way of working and strategic and networked thinking A safe occurrence and negotiation skills Representative leadership and communication skills High quality and responsibility Structured, independent and team-oriented work
