Project Manager (m/w/d) Building Management & Occupational Safety (Container Shipping)

We are a shipping agency and with around 500 employees in Europe we represent the interests of a Taiwan shipping company in container transport. We process import and export, organize advances and follow-ups from/to the charging/solving ports and represent the shipowner on the market. For our administrative department in our European headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced specialist at the next possible time to take over the various tasks and projects. Interested applicants are welcome to take on leadership in the future.

General administration & building administration: Real estate/building management of the Hamburg headquarters Building management of our other German branches (Bremen, Düssendorf and Frankfurt) inventory management including inventory Creation of budgets and special reports for management and finance Contract management Supplier and service provider management Industrial safety management Project management: Support for current and future projects, such as energy audits, audits of the occupational safety system, renovation projects, office move in Germany, compliance, sustainability management and the greenhouse gas protocol (GHG).

Completed commercial training (e.g. as a real estate businesswoman, industrial businesswoman, wholesale and foreign trade businesswoman or similar) Alternatively a comparable study (e.g. real estate management, management, business management, energy and environmental management, sustainability management) Proven experience in project management and good knowledge in the areas of building management and work protection Very good German knowledge for communication with notaries, lawyers and authorities Good English knowledge of word and writing Embossed, diplomatic communication skills Teamability with careful, independent and structured work Routinized handling of popular MS Office programs Experience in shipping is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
