HR Specialist Personalentwicklung (m/w/d) Your future tasks:

• Promote the personnel development strategy and significant design of management development.
• Decisive participation in the holistic talent management strategy for recruiting, binding and promoting qualified employees:inside (m/w/d).
• Successful implementation of global projects in German-speaking countries.
• Conception and control of important HR processes such as talent selection, performance reviews and career paths.
• Accompanying and promoting cultural change processes and organisational development measures in coordination with HR project management.
• Responsibility for junior funding programmes (training, dual study, training, internships) and continuous optimization of the onboarding process.

What we want from you:

• Complete studies (e.g. BWL, law / economic law, psychology / economic psychology) or comparable training with a focus on personnel.
• Relevant professional experience in talent management, ideally in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of personnel development and experience in stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
• Secure handling of MS Office and HR systems, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
• readiness for business trips; in German-speaking countries.
• High self-initiative, reliability and strong team orientation.
