Driving school director (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, economically successful group of companies with agricultural roots. As a modern service provider, the company has been supporting agriculture, municipalities, companies and private customers with a diverse range of services.

A particularly high-growth area is the own driving school. In addition to classic driving licence training, the focus is on industrial customers, agriculture and the training of professional drivers. For the further development of this business area, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking personality as a driving school manager (m/w/d).

General responsibility for the technical, organisational and economic management of the driving school Leadership, support and further development of an existing driving instructor team Organisation and management of the operating daily business Ensuring high-quality training and compliance with legal requirements Conducting theory and practice lessons with focus on class C/CE Planning of resources, personnel and driving courses Contact person for drivers, companies, authorities and audit organisations Further development of existing processes and introduction of new ideas and impulses Extension of the area of professional driver qualification and industrial training

Driving licence for classes C/CE mandatory Other driving licence classes (e.g. A, B/BE, T) desirable Experience in driving training, ideally with first management or organisational responsibility Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements (FahrlG / FahrschAusbO) Joy of leadership, organisation and further development Self-employed, structured and responsible work Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in actively shaping a business area
