Project Manager / Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Management & Responsibility: Tasks: Control projects independently: organize, coordinate and monitor painter, extension and renovation projects and ensure a smooth running on your construction sites. Keep in mind appointments, quality & resources: you create work and schedules, coordinate employees and entrepreneurs, dispose material and control the professional execution. Being a central interface: you agree with customers, architects and other project participants, accompany construction site visits and decreases and support in the event of scale, costing and project billing.

You have a completed artisanal or constructional training, ideally as a painter and painter (m/w/d) with a master's degree, or a comparable qualification and bring experience in the construction line or construction site organization. Technical & organizational know-how: You can safely read construction and execution plans, know relevant standards and quality standards and keep an eye on time, resource and material planning. You work independently and structured, communicate safely with customers, employees and subcontractors and have a class B licence.
