This is what awaits you: Choosing, introducing and developing a central and AI-based knowledge management platform for the KVNO in close coordination with the Business Owner Knowledge Management, IT-Sec and the departments Integrate the expertise of all areas – from the structured survey to migration to quality-secured provision in the platform. Definition, specification and control of the AI functionality of the platform Defining, specifying and controlling the AI functionality of the platform (e.g. intelligent search, automatic knowledge suggestions, AI assistants) Developing and implementing processes for knowledge recovery including uniform standards and workflows for care, updating and quality assurance Connecting the knowledge platform to the existing system landscape of the KV North Rhine and to AI products such as GenAI applications and AI assistants for use as a quality-secured data source Bundling and prioritizing requirements by systematically evaluating and creating a prioritized roadmap.
