Business Case Methodology, Efficiency and Cost Optimization Definition of standards, control mechanisms and quality assurance for different project types and phases Responsibility for the allocation of resources and budgets in cooperation with the General Bank Management Preparation and implementation of committee meetings (e.g. board, project management committee) Evaluation and networking of project results with a view to strategy and cost-effectiveness and implementation of project reviews and implementation of improvement measures Control of Change Requests and Standardization of Business Case Logic Consultation and support of project managers as well as planning and carrying out internal training Representation of the Stadtsparkasse in internal and external working groups

Take this with you: Qualification: Complete studies of economics, (economic) computer science or comparable qualifications Experiences: Multiannual professional experience in strategic project management or project portfolio management, ideally in the financial services environment Comprehensive experience in the business management of projects as well as in the development and application of business case as well as post project reviews on efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, standardization of the portfolio Experience in building and developing project management standards, processes and systems Confidence with controlling instruments, resource and budget control as well as project controlling Knowledge of the work of the committee and the preparation of decision-making templates for top management Experience with change-request management and follow-up of project actions Further competencies: Sovereign handling of relevant project management tools and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint As a real team player: convince with a high social and personal competence As a good:r Networker:with high moderation competence, challenging and complex issues can also be solved
