Contract Manager Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the creation, processing and management of maintenance and maintenance contracts You are responsible for billing paid service operations and maintenance services You perform price changes and maintenance contract adjustments You take care of the creation and maintenance of customer and equipment master files Creating and changing maintenance plans is also one of your tasks You monitor the cost development of maintenance contracts You are responsible for tracking open items up to payment receipt You act as a contact person for the field service, technical service and maintenance-specific matters Supporting the external service in creating customer-specific maintenance content completes your task profile

You have completed commercial vocational training You already have experiences in a comparable position with Experience in handling SAP is desirable You communicate safely and safely in English Commitment, reliability, team skills and ability to work independently, complete your profile
