What we plan together: In our product team we develop innovative concepts and strategies to modernly, efficiently and customer-orientedly design the IT processes around REWE, PENNY and our central areas. We implement these with SAP solutions such as SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Are you ready to shape the future of recruiting with us?

What you do with us: You remain up to date: In operation and further development of our personal software with the focus on recruiting. Your support is in demand: testing and documentation of new processes and functions. You take responsibility: In the care of our customers: in dealing with the HR systems and processes. After your time with us, you know yourself in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You'll learn how to master the challenges of a group through the application and administration of HR systems. You can also do this: when developing communication documents for our business units REWE, PENNY and the headquarters.
