Activities

• settlement of customer orders from the audit to the invoice
• Creation of delivery documents and triggering of orders from the supplier
• Coordination and control of appointments with customers and suppliers
• Treatment of complaints
• correspondence with customers by phone and email
• Cooperation with shipping and distribution
• Support for other commercial activities and shopping

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Found professional experience in order processing
• knowledge of purchasing
• Secure handling of the current applications of MS-Office
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Careful and reliable operation
