Own analysis and evaluation of the economic viability of IT and digitization projects in the context of the IT Planning Council, including the implementation of cost-benefit analyses as well as scenario and economic considerations. You establish methodological foundations, models and key figures systems for the economic evaluation of digitalization measures and continuously develop them. Creation and quality assurance of cost-efficiency analyses as well as deriving reliable recommendations for cost and efficiency optimization. You plan and tax cross-departmental economic audits for IT projects and programs. Coordination and coordination with disciplines, programs and external partners as well as participation in standards and guidelines for economic assessments in the context of federal IT projects.

Master's degree or university diploma in the field of business management, business informatics, financial management or the like. Alternatively, you have equivalent relevant skills and at least eight years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified activity (financial analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, etc.). 5 years of professional experience in financial or investment controlling, focusing on IT projects and IT cost management. Multiannual experience in evaluating complex IT or digitization projects. Experience and joy in analyzing and structuring complex economic issues. Very good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing in German (level C2). High team orientation and the ability to work constructively, respectfully and at eye level in the team. Ideally, you also bring: You have experiences with methods of IT efficiency assessment (e.g. WiBe). knowledge of public administration or federal IT structures. Experience in the preparation of economic decision-making bases for management bodies. You work with financial, controlling or business intelligence tools.
