Your tasks

• Professional reception: You are the first contact person for our guests and customers – personal, telephone and digital. You receive, attend and care for a warm and professional service.
• Flexible location support: You work at different decentralized reception areas. In the rolling system, you will ensure a consistently high quality standard at different locations.
• Hands-on mentality: You are not only at the reception, but also on the surface. You take care of the preparation and preparation of rooms and the supply of kitchen areas.
• Process design: You take up the customer's requirements to continuously improve and redesign our processes. Your hand-on mentality and your communicative skills are particularly popular here.
