(Key) Account Manager for Technical Integration (m/f/d)

At ADCELL you play a central role in the technical support of our adverters and partners. You help our customers integrate and develop their affiliate marketing campaigns in a technically optimal way. You are the first contact person for technical questions and challenges of our customers. You recognize technical obstacles at an early stage, fix them and ensure smooth communication with our customers. You carry out the implementation of tracking solutions, API and other technical integrations on the customer side. You advise Advertiser on best practices in implementing our technical services. You work closely with sales, IT department and other internal teams to ensure smooth implementation processes. You always follow current technical market trends and share this knowledge through the regular implementation of internal training.

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally with a technical focus. You bring first professional experience in technical customer support, preferably in the field of affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a comparable industry. You have basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript as well as first touch points with API integrations. Ideally, you have already gained experience with e-commerce platforms. You have a strong understanding of technical processes and the ability to quickly analyze and solve complex facts. You bring an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working, which is also characterized by a high degree of sense of responsibility and reliability.
