prepare vegetables, salads and potatoes (e.g. brushing, peeling, etc.) With the help of preparing all meals Operation of kitchen machines (e.g. agitators, cutting machines, meat grinders, bread-cutting machines, coffee machines/machines and all-purpose machines, hot-air steam machines, printing garages) Edition of all foods Operation of the pot and container washing machine and the dishwasher Cleaning of changing rooms, dining rooms (tables, chairs and floor areas), halls and storage rooms (except sanitary facilities) Cleaning and disinfection of the entire work area and the associated equipment and supplies Storage, transport of food other activities following the instructions of the kitchen master and the superior kitchen specialist staff

Basic qualification is the health suitability for an activity in the kitchen or food processing area Good experience in handling the most common machines and appliances of the kitchen German Language in Word and Writing
