TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), part of the TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance division, stands for the highest level of competence and quality in the auditing & certification of companies according to the standard management system standards such as 9001 & 14001 but also in-house standards or special standards such as IATF or IFS. As a disponent (w/m/d), you are the interface between customer companies and auditors and, with your commitment and vision, ensures a smooth running of the numerous audits. You love to work independently and strategically, are also happy to be “Trouble Shooter” when one comes to the other and always have the calendars of the auditors fixed. You assign experts based on their technical expertise, projects and services. You are responsible for the resource-based planning of our auditors and ensure optimal utilization in the planning and forecasting process. You communicate and coordinate appointments with our customers and our auditors for project processing. You coordinate follow-up dates in cooperation with customers and auditors. You take questions and wishes from customers.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience Disposition or support experience, ideally in the audit environment Very good organizational skills and an independent working Embossed communication strength and customer orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
