Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of machining Control and Optimization of Processes Responsibility for achieving corporate objectives Promotion and development of employees Supporting national and international customer requests in after sales Commercial and technical clarification of service operations, such as installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair Presorting and processing of customer requests for spare parts, services and complaints Technical audit of feasibility in coordination with internal specialist departments and service technicians Creation, costing and tracking of offers up to payment receipt Installation and maintenance of service shares per process in defined systems Operational control and tracking of service contracts Coordination of internal and external service technicians Coordination with purchasing, logistics, production, technical office, sales and other interfaces Examination and disclosure of relevant costs for external service technicians Require and maintain service documentation, acceptance logs and performance certificates Processing of complaints and technical questions Support in optimizing after-sales processes Working with Business Development Projects and Business Cases in After Sales Monitoring and reporting of defined after-sales service metrics Participation in the further development of products and technical solutions based on customer feedback

Complete qualification as engineer, technician, master or comparable multiannual professional experience Multiannual experience in the leadership of a team Technical experience, ideally in the service or after-sales environment knowledge of maritime requirements, e.g. IMO or SOLAS, of advantage Embossed communication skills and customer orientation Business thinking and acting Teamability and Innovation Safe handling of MS Office and BIOS Very good German knowledge, at least C1 Good knowledge of English, at least B2
