Number: MER00040M0 The Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the heart of the global spare parts supply of Mercedes-Benz. With a storage area of over one million square meters and about 3,000 employees, we control the worldwide availability of our products. Become part of our HR team. We are about 15 colleagues with different deepenings and tasks, and we regularly supported interns. Depending on your interest, you can get to know the different areas of modern HR work. In addition to working in operational HR topics together with HR Business partners, you also take projects and from the first day you have the chance to introduce your own ideas to make our location fit for the future. From 01 August or 01. September 2026 we are looking for a 6-month internship in the field of human resources management at the Germersheim site. From the start, you are an integral part of our team and actively participate in personnel work. You take responsibility and have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas to further develop the HR area at the location So you will support us: Design the HR world with: Support us in varied operational HR topics, from cooperation with HRists Special and HR Consultants to independent projects Developing innovative concepts: Help us to develop new approaches and solutions for personnel development, in particular for managerial growth Organise events: Take over the organization of workshops, seminars and events, and work with different stakeholders Experienced diversity in the HR sector: Get to know the full range of modern HR work, and contribute to work and personal policy issues (e.g. creation of an operating agreement), miscellaneous management, staff selection of new interns, operational integration management and disciplinary measures Create records and reports: Get insights into personnel planning and reporting measures and support in the creation of decision bases for management

Are you our HR pioneer? Then you bring the following: degree course in the field of economics, or social sciences or a comparable degree course with deepening in human resources management Compulsory internship according to the regulations Ideally first experiences in the HR environment Secure German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Communicativer Teamplayerin and able to develop structured, independent and independent topics Organizational talent that brings new ideas through creativity High communication strength, flexibility and passion for HR topics
