International support and coordination of key account claims including monitoring and control of tracking in our international production facilities Processing of error reports as well as corresponding cause analysis and processing of avoidance and correction measures in the global team Processing of global warranty cases and customer requests and technical analysis of complaints Processing of tracers and acquisition of global supplier communication Initiation of product and process gains and preparation of reports and evaluations Implementation of a Lessons-learned process for the continuous development of technological customer support and products in cooperation with the corresponding departments

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering or electrical engineering / mechatronics and completed vocational training in a technical field and well-founded experience in a comparable position, with a focus on climate system technology Extensive know-how in the field of refrigeration Secure handling of MS Office, SAP R3 and S/4HANA Very good knowledge of English in word and writing Communication strength in direct contact with customers, partners and experts Certain and reliable working methods, high levels of quality, commitment and reliability Self-education of new topics Standing for international missions Enforcement, target-oriented thinking and action as well as team skills
