In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us. Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. Application Manager (m/w/d)

The central systems include applications for the company-wide, central workplace, e.g. office and document management, as well as for the departments of the central administration, e.g. personnel, law and construction departments. Fields of application of the staff systems to be supervised include staff administration, working time recording, payroll accounting, recruiting, personnel development. The SAP Human Resources Management Module SuccessFactors is currently being introduced and will be the core platform in the future.

Support of the project team in the introduction of SAP Successfactors and in future IT projects in central applications Technical and technical responsibility from central IT solutions focusing on SAP Successfactors over the entire life cycle from introduction to renewal Customizing, user management and master data management of SAP SucessFactors modules as well as their monitoring, update and troubleshooting Change and Release Management, Test Management Categorisation, assessment and prioritization of requirements, technical specifications Responsible for a current and appropriate operational documentation Ensuring high user satisfaction Identification of potentials and weaknesses in processes and systems Selection and monitoring of external partners and service providers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or completed studies of informatics/economic informatics/economy, human resources management or comparable knowledge through relevant professional practice or comparable training ideally professional experience and good knowledge in personal business topics and with marketable personal systems Experience in software processes and technologies and software architectures and concepts Ability to adjust to different conversation partners Secure verbal and written communication skills in German and English
