Develop and update group-wide accounting and reporting policies (e.g. IFRS accounting and valuation policies, consolidation and reporting standards) and support their implementation in subsidiaries Secure the correct IFRS image of key accounting and assessment topics, in particular IFRS 16 (leasing ratios): Assessment, detection, assessment and reporting and disclosure requirements in the Group Participation controlling of our international portfolio in Europe and Asia with a clear focus on financial performance and balance sheet/good quality Close coordination with management, controlling and accounting of our subsidiaries – actively promote growth and profitability and secure consistent accounting Check, analyze and plausibility the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting of our subsidiaries incl. Financial statements according to IFRS with the help of our Group Reporting System OneStream and BI-Systems QlikView Create regular management reporting to manage our business in Europe and Asia (e.g. Backlog, HR, Net Working Capital) Coordinate the forecast and budget process for our group actively design projects with, for example, financial system integrations, group-wide standardizations, improvements in reporting as well as further development of our group accounting framework

Graduate degree in economics with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling At least 4 years, ideally 5 years of professional experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling – e.g. in the audit, consulting or group accounting/group controlling Very good knowledge of IFRS 16 (leaning); Experience in practical implementation, interpretation and corporate reporting Funded understanding of accounting, GuV, cash flow and consolidation logics, as well as the pleasure of translating accounting expertise into clear corporate standards fun in creating and developing guidelines for international subsidiaries and the ability to communicate and enforce these pragmatically Communication strength and team spirit to achieve common goals and improve processes Very good knowledge of German and English; Other languages are welcome
