Sales Control: Together with our VR partner banks, you are driving the sale of operational precautions in the corporate customer segment and ensuring that our customers are optimally secured. Support: With passion and expertise, you accompany and develop the bank employees for the sale of the R+V product portfolio – supported by innovative consulting tools. Consultancy quality: For excellent customer advice according to our high quality standards, which our customers are delighted and confident. Analysis: You recognize potentials, develop autonomous measures for the sustainable intensification of sales activities and implement them successfully together with our partners.

Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance businessman (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the distribution of financial services in the corporate customer segment, in particular occupational pensions Analytical skills in reporting, controlling and handling of modern analysis tools and KPIs Digital affinity and initiative Communication strength, empathy and pronounced customer orientation
