In the service field, 120 colleagues work across locations. Your activity is direct to the service field manager and you will work with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives Solution-oriented, you will advise on issues of portfolio strategy and orientation at Executive level, and you will also support customer formats. You create and conceptualize decision templates, presentations and prepare forum appointments. You ensure uniform and addressable communication both internally and with our customers and partners. You support the service field manager, in the tasks involved, prepare briefings and always keep an overview of the variety of topics. You communicate with stakeholders, ensure the achievement of quality goals and deadlines, encourage project participants and promote entrepreneurial thinking and action

Personality with profile You have a professional training and long-term professional experience or a completed study of business management, IT/economy as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification ideally in the banking sector or consulting environment. You have extensive expertise in conceptual work and can evaluate solutions and manage clear criteria to help you experience agile methods and your mindset. To do this, you are experienced in dealing with modern/digital office technologies, tools and work methods, in particular Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as Jira and Confluence. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). Your very good analytical, conceptual competence as well as your strong collaborative and team skills are yours. A binding occurrence, pronounced communication and enforcement power as well as a high service orientation and pronounced empathy complete your profile.
