Position number: V000077383 What tasks do you expect? You support user-centric decision-making through analysis and processing of user insights from UX-Research, usability tests, customer feedback and usage data. You prepare usage data and results from surveys to enable sound design recommendations for digital products and in‐car experiences. You actively shape user centered design by working with UX initiatives across all phases, from understanding real user needs and Pain Points, creating personas, user journeys and hypotheses to concrete design and solution approaches. To create clarity and decision-making, you support the creation of UX artifacts, presentations and decision-making documents for stakeholders and executives with a focus on usability, impact, prioritisation and concrete customer benefits.

You are a registered student (m/d/w/x) in the field of UX/UI Design, Communication Design or Interaction Design, Information Design, Media Informatics or a comparable course of study and are keen to work regularly on site in Stuttgart. You are passionate about user-centric design and are entitled to translate complex digital and technological topics (e.g. data or AI-driven functions) into the user experience in a comprehensible, usable and meaningful way. Ideally, you bring first experience with UX methods (e.g. user research, usability tests, Wireframes, prototypes) and professional cooperation in the business environment. Excellent German and English skills are of course for you.
