As a subsidiary of DAHLINGER GmbH from Lahr in the Black Forest, DECOPAC is a provider of high-quality and elegant packaging solutions. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the area of production, technology, quality and logistics with currently 35 employees Total responsibility for work preparation, manufacturing quality, productivity, MRP | Purchasing and logistics Resource planning and ensuring the necessary production capacity Responsibility for continuous material availability and for machine and plant utilization under efficient personnel use Layer planning and control of ongoing production Continuous analysis and optimization of production processes Proactive participation in the development and implementation of product improvements Design of processes on a digital basis Contact for the parent company in IT topics Working with cross-site projects Planning and control of the use of external service providers Contact for suppliers in machinery and other technical problems Responsibility for the machine park such as hot stamping and adhesive technology Procurement of standard tools, spare parts, auxiliary and consumables for responsibility Compliance with occupational safety, environmental and legal requirements in cooperation with the external safety officer Regular reporting to the managing director
