Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of general office work, support for administrative tasks such as post-processing, scheduling and document management
• Customer support, answering customer requests by phone and email, as well as processing complaints
• Update and maintain customer data and other important information in the database
• Creating and managing orders and monitoring stock

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed business studies or successfully completed commercial training
• First professional experience in the described tasks are advantageous
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable
