Whether a congregation is looking for new areas for all types of buildings or suitable locations for wind and solar parks: you are the place to work out (in-)formal spatial planning that enables environmentally and socially compatible spatial development. In doing so, you develop development plans, location concepts as well as building and land use plans, take into account current social developments and accompany the processes throughout the entire project period. In this role, you communicate and coordinate intensively with clients, specialist authorities and experts. Consider all aspects? Then you introduce your plans not only in political bodies, but also in the context of public participation the people who are directly touched by your work.

A completed study in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture and urban planning, geography or a related subject as well as ideally first professional experience Class B driving licence (former class 3) Communication strength in German (word and font) Versified handling of MS Office Team spirit, self-employment and structured working
