Maintenance Technician / Mechatronics Technician

As a maintenance engineer*in, you support the maintenance team in that our conveyor technology works smoothly at all times. With your comprehensive understanding of the Warehouse automation systems, you will help your management team to make the technical processes of our systems even more efficient and secure the technology leadership of Zalandos. Your work is characterized by a motivating team spirit based on appreciation, respect and openness. You are responsible for preventive maintenance work of our Warehouse Automation and execute orders from senior colleagues in accordance with all relevant rules and guidelines.

In case of malfunctions, you take the causes to the ground and introduce measures to permanently fix problems and reduce operational risks.

Keep up-to-date independently about procedures and processes in automation technology and continuously develop your technical knowledge. Be helpful and ask your stakeholders how you can best support.

You have a training in the fields, electronics or mechanics and have corresponding professional experience. With your comprehensive understanding of the material flow technology, you can easily think of yourself in operational concepts, methods and tools.

You are a team player and you are looking forward to working in interdisciplinary teams in the 3-shift system to find the best solutions for our technologies together.

With your communication strength, you can understand, sustainably and adapt your expertise to the knowledge level of your colleagues.

You have good German language skills in word and writing, as You simplify communication in the team.

LOCATION: Lahr Our logistics staff ensure that more than 50 million customers in 25 European markets receive smooth and reliable service every day. Zalando today has a growing European logistics network with currently twelve locations in seven countries.
