Your tasks:

• The collection and management of relevant employee data, such as the collection and control of absences, reporting, processing of items/writing, issue of certificates and other back office activities in this context
• The calculation of wages and salaries taking into account overtime and bonuses, etc.
• Processing and management of payment instructions and declarations
• Documentation of payrolls using software

• Completed commercial training
• High communication capability and team orientation
• Self-employed, structured and targeted
• Finded knowledge of payroll accounting
• Confidence with the basic principles of wage accounting
• A pronounced understanding of numbers
• Secure handling of accounting and salary accounting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A detailed and structured way of working
• Ideal professional experience in similar positions
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
