Project Manager Digital Twin (m/f/d)

Digitization of our installed base of fire protection systems has a high priority for us. We want to know at any time what components are installed at the customer, how You are connected and what service information is linked to it. In this role, we need you to build a company-wide digital image of our customer systems – service-oriented, structured and with SAP as a central tool. The project is embedded in our current ERP transformation. You are not only the basis for a better service, but also for future sales, processing and quality processes. The know-how you build in this role is the foundation for many further processes and projects in the company. In your role, you are responsible for designing and building a data model of the installed base for the structured mapping of customer systems. In doing so, you take over the definition and maintenance of the plant structure (functional locations, SAP equipments, piece lists and serial number management). You will also develop standards and guidelines for data collection, collection and quality assurance in the field and in SAP. Added to this is the control of data migration projects: cleaning, mapping and transfer of inventory data into the new target structure. The close cooperation with service, plant engineering, product management and IT to integrate the data model into existing SAP PM/CS processes is one of your daily tasks. In addition, you will accompany the embedding of the project into the higher-level ERP transformation program. You take over the stakeholder management and the change support: integrate specialist areas, coordinate training, ensure acceptance. Finally, take over project planning, control and reporting with a clear view of milestones, resources and dependencies.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, business informatics, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Funded experience in project management – ideally in the industrial service or plant environment Knowledge of SAP PM and/or SAP CS of advantage (but no need!) Understanding data modelling, data quality, data collection and master data management Experience with or understanding ERP transformations (e.g. S/4HANA migration) is of advantage (but no need!) Interface competency: You think beyond SAP and understand how IoT data, ERP integrations and mobile solutions play together Communication strength and the ability to understand technical concepts for different target groups Structured, independent working with high quality standards Very good knowledge of German and English If you also like to work independently and result-oriented and have plenty of communication strength in your luggage – then look at what Minimax has to offer!
