Payroll Specialist - Payroll Accounting / Time Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary bills including time management and certification You ensure that we comply with all statutory requirements in the right to pay tax and social security at any time and accompany internal and external audits (e.g. LSt, SV, annual accounts) You are the central contact person for employees and executives with all questions regarding pay billing and time management Not only do you manage the status quo, but you actively promote the optimization and digitization of our payroll processes You participate in exciting HR projects and work closely with adjacent departments such as Finance

You have a successfully completed commercial training or study with a focus on human resources/finance You contribute 3-5 years of well-founded professional experience in pay billing and have a high level of knowledge in the current wage tax and social security law You are safe in dealing with modern accounting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or SAP HCM, and have experience with time management systems You work structured, service-oriented and have high quality standards. Discretion is self-evident You have fun in digital solutions and want to make processes more efficient You communicate in German in word and writing
