Team Lead Real Estate & Branch Network (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Real Estate Strategy & Operations Germany (d/m/w), you take responsibility for the strategic development and efficient operation of our German-wide branch network. You run the Real-Estate team and make sure our locations work smoothly, operate economically and continuously adapt to a growing business volume – with direct impact on efficiency, cost structure and scalability. Description Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Real Estate team (Facility Management, Property Management and Material Supply) Control and further development of a team of 10 employees focusing on performance, quality and scalability Responsibility for operational management and continuous optimization of our branch network Analysis of location indicators and derivation of measures to increase efficiency and optimize costs Control of external partners and service providers (e.g. construction, maintenance, landlord) and ensuring smooth operations Accompanying renovations, new openings and contract processes in the commercial lease environment Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. Operations & Finance) Additional information The success in this role is measured by: Efficiency and cost structure per location (e.g. operating and maintenance costs) Speed and quality in rebuilds, new openings and rollouts Availability and operational stability of branches Quality and cost-effectiveness of service provider management and contract conditions Continuous improvement of relevant process characteristics in branch management Team Performance and further development of employees Flexible working hours and home office options Participation in company success through employee share program Flat hierarchies and fast decision paths Individual further development possibilities Free use of a language learning app Aid for occupational pension provision Attractive discounts on brands and our vehicle inventory

Completed studies or training in real estate, business or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the real estate environment (e.g. facility or property management) First leadership experience or detectable experience in the professional management of teams Good knowledge of commercial lease and contract law Analytical and structured mode of operation and safe handling of key figures Impressed communication and enforcement strength Very good German (min. C1) and good English skills
