For our Deals business unit, we are looking for you as Manager Real Estate Construction Advisory Services (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Building projects – You advise and support our clients in all technical and economic aspects of the development, planning and realization of their real estate and construction projects. These include organisational and process consulting, construction controlling, construction revision as well as project analyses and audits. You will also have the opportunity to actively shape the development and implementation of new digital solutions for the more efficient implementation of projects. Sustainability – As part of the development of sustainability strategies, ESG certifications and consulting of project developments and existing buildings, you contribute to promoting sustainability in the construction and real estate sector. In the analysis of technical building conditions, for example as part of a technical due diligence, you play an essential role in identifying structural and technical risks. Teamwork – In interdisciplinary project teams, you advise both developers from industry, industry, housing and public authorities as well as contractors, project developers and investors in the realization of their construction and real estate projects as well as in transaction processes. Leadership – You take on personnel responsibility by leading national and international consulting teams in projects, developing them and motivating them to special services.

That's what you bring You have completed your studies in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, real estate economics, economics or a comparable degree course. You will bring at least 4 years of relevant experience in real estate or project development, construction project management or technical due diligence. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
