• First experience in production or willingness to work on you quickly.
• Reliability and team capacity are essential for working together.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation to flexibly support the production process.
• Basic knowledge of the operation of machines is advantageous.
• A precise and careful procedure, especially in quality tests.
