Checking incoming bookings worldwide, including special containers Supplementing missing data fields to ensure complete booking information Confirmation of bookings to customers or other MSC agencies Manual bookings and bookings from work in the operating system processing of special containers, including input of all required data Communication with customers in case of questions and clarification of missing information Cooperation with international MSC agencies for a smooth booking process

Closed commercial training (e.g. shipping businessman/wife, merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services) or a study, ideally with logistics focus Ideal professional experience in the field of export or sea freight Communication strength in handling internal and external contacts Self-employed and solution-oriented work Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
