You are at eye level for our partners' executives on all personal issues, from personnel planning to contractual/organisational changes to personnel development measures. Work law and personal decisions and measures are independently accompanied and implemented by you. You take into account company-wide regulations, business agreements and statutory provisions and make sure You are complied with in the company. It is desirable that you actively participate in the development of business agreements and general company and department-specific regulations in close cooperation with the management and the works council. You are involved in personnel planning, recognize bottlenecks at an early stage and shape the personnel procurement process from the call for tenders to the application opening up to the contract negotiation. You work with our works council trustfully and cooperatively. You plan, tax and conduct HR projects independently (e.g. optimization of our HR reporting, revision of our pay system).

You have a degree in economics, economics, sociology or comparable. Through multi-year professional experience, you have already met the entire range of personnel activities with the exception of pay billing in both operational and analytical and conceptual terms. Finding knowledge of German labour and business constitutional law as well as experience in cooperation with the works council complete your profile. You bring very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing. You work out with standard MS Office applications. You have fun working together in the team and with interface partners, counting communication and problem solving skills to your strengths and knowing to deal with different opinions and interests. A high level of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent and structured way of working characterise you. You have a high degree of discretion and loyalty as well as a pronounced concept of service.
