Your mission: Fashion is fast, trends arise daily, creatives decide on performance and each campaign directly influences our success. You think in holistic customer journeys instead of in individual ads, work absolutely data-driven and want to actively develop our important growth channel Paid Social. Setup & Control: You plan, control and manage our Paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest. You develop performance and brand campaigns along the entire customer journey for our brands Peek & Cloppenburg and ANSONS. Analytics, Tracking & Innovation: Using data-driven analytics, A/B tests as well as continuous monitoring of relevant KPIs, you are constantly opting for campaigns and taking concrete action to improve performance. You ensure clean tracking, continuously develop measurement concepts and test new approaches for campaign optimization. You also support the integration of AI-based solutions. Interfaces: You work closely with the teams Performance Management, Retail Media, Social Media Organic and Creative. In doing so, you are guided by short voting paths and a good stakeholder management for a quick implementation of campaign and test ideas.

Your background: You have completed a degree in marketing, economics, e-commerce or a comparable qualification. You will also look back on 2–3 years of sound experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on social ads. Your profile: You have very good knowledge of the performance-oriented management of social campaigns with special focus on Ads in the Meta Ads Manager. Experiences with tools like ChannelPilot, Bloomreach or Looker Studio are a clear plus. English language skills in word and writing complete your profile. Your strengths: You are characterized by a strong analytical ability, high number affinity, and a structured, self-responsible way of working. With your strong communication and team skills, you perfectly fit into our data-driven environment and bring true interest in fashion, retail and e-commerce.
