First competent contact person for all questions concerning HR key figures Creation of analyses: personnel costs, fluctuation and disease rates as well as other relevant key figures to support decision-making processes and identification of optimization potentials Development and production of reporting: all relevant personnel costs and key figures taking into account the legal requirements for management and bodies as well as in close cooperation with Finance, Controlling and the Sustainability Team Advising the HR management and management with regard to the strategic and operational implementation of the analysis results taking into account trends and current challenges Projects: Ad-hoc analyses, reports and policy templates for management and cooperation in interdisciplinary projects People Analytics: Development of use cases and implementation in the company Construction and implementation of strategic personnel planning

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on personnel management or controlling As an alternative, qualified commercial vocational training with corresponding training in controlling/personal controlling At least 6 years of professional experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or comparable, as well as first experiences with People Analytics projects Must-Have: IT and number affinity, analytical way of thinking, understanding of complex relationships and processes as well as versed in handling MS Excel Remarkable: Application experience in key SAP modules (HCM, SuccessFactors, CO, Business Warehouse, SAC) Careful, structured working with a high degree of discretion as well as communication and team skills readiness to use, flexibility and high service orientation with a pronounced “hands-on” mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
