D E I N E A U F G A B E N • Responsibility for the first impression of the hotel • reception and care of guests (check-in & check-out) • Processing of reservations, requests and complaints • Telephone and written communication with guests • Ensuring a smooth run at the front desk • Close cooperation with housekeeping and service • Cash management and billing of guests

D A S S O L T E S T D U M I B R I N G E N • Complete training in the hotel industry or comparable experience • First experience in front desk or guest service • Friendly, well-kept appearance and communication skills • Organisational strength and multitasking capability • Good knowledge of German and English (further languages of advantage) • Safe handling of PC and ideally hotel software • Embossed service orientation and hosting
